No. 60°61-103 be approved and, by so doing, that Title 18-Zoning of the Anaheim i Municipal Code be amended to exclude the above described property from the R-A, Resident!al Agricultural zone as follows: a strip of land 50 feet in depth, after dedication~ abutting I and para11e1 to the planned highway right-of-way line on La Palma•Avenue shall''be incorporated ~ -3'~i the"P-L, Parking Landscaping, Zone; and the balaace of said property shall be incorporated ' in t1~e M-1, Ligfit Manufactur~ng, Zone•,-upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prereqieisite to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare oi the Citizens of Anaheim: ', 1, Dedication of 53 feet from the monumented cen#erTine of I.a Palma Avenue (20 feet existing). 2.
