Location of the outdoor storage of equipment aad Vehicles shall be restricted to 1 ~ the rear of the subject property. i 3. Location of the maintenance and repair operation for said equipment and vehicies shal]t be restricted to the rear o£ ~he s~bject property. 4. Recordation of deed restrictions limiting use of subject property for a three (3) year period of time fnr the purposes outlined in Condition Nos. 1, 2, and 3. 5, Payment of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes on Mountain View Avenue. 6.
