OF ANAHBIt: THAT PBTITION POR VARIANCE N0. 1373 BB GRANTED 1~i~3, the City Plaaning Commissioa of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Variance froa STANLBY BHLL, 2560 I,incoln Avenue, Anaheim, California, Agent of certain r~al.property sit~~atr.d in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as deacribed in Bxhibit "A" or as follows: Hxhibit "A" on file in the office of the Planning Departme~t. ; and WF~tBA~', the City Ylanning Coamission dia hold a public hearing at the City Hali in the City of Aaaheim oa June 26, 1961 at 2:00 o'cloct P.M., aotice of said public hearing having been duly givea as required by]aw and.in ~ecordence with the provi- aions of the Anaheim Muaicipal Code, Chap4er 18.68~ to hear and consider evidence fot and against said proposed variance and to iavestigate and nate findinga and recommeadatioas ia connection therewith; and WF~1tBAS, said Commission~ after due inspection, investigatioa,and study made by it- self and in ita~ behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence ana reports offered as said hearing, does find and determine the followiag facta: •1. That the petitioner requests a variance from the Anaheim Municipal Code: 9ec4ion 18.24,030 C~4-a and b) to permit the subdivision of sub,ject property into eleven (11) lots each cont~;ining a minimum frontage of 60 feet, a minimum area of b~00~ square feet, and a minimum lot area per dwelling unit of 6,000 square feet. 2. 3'hat there are exceptional or extraord3nary circumstances or conditions sppiicable to the prop~rty iavolved or to the iatended uae of the property that do not apply ger.erally to 4he property or class of uae:in the same vicinity aad zone. 3. That the requested variance is aecessary for the pseaervation r+nd ea3oyment of a~abstantisY property right posaessed bq other propesty in the same vicinity and zone, and d~nied to the property in question. • 4.
