Development substantially in accordance witti plaris presented. 2. Preparation of s4reet improvement plans aud installation of all improvements for Lincoln Avenue in accordance with the approved standard.plans on file in the office of the City 8ngineer. 3, payment of $2,00 per front foot for street lighting purposes on Ia.ncoln Avenue. 4, Provision of utility easements along exterior boundaries as determined by the Director of Public Utilities. 5. Time Limitation of ninety (90) days for #he accomplishment ~f Items Nos. 2, 3, and 4. 6. Provision of parking facilities in accordance with Code requirements. 7. Provision of a ten (10) foot landscaped strip along the planned highway right-of-way line, said landscaping to be subject to the approval of the Superintendent of Parkway Maintenance.
