Verbai opposition, in addition to a petit:.on of protest containing 84 signatures, ~ were recorded against the sub,jec~t petition, j R-1 -1- . ~ -.. : :~~d+~. ,~ . f ~ ~ > IVOW, 1HBRBPORH, AB IT RII~OLVBD that the Anaheim City Plannicg Commission hereby recommends to the City Councii of the City of Anaheim that Petition for Reclassification No. be approved and, by so doing, that Title 18-2octing of the a~aaheim Municipal Code be amended to exclude the above described propesty from the R-3~ Multiple Family Residentiai~ Zone to the C-3, Heavy Commercial, Zone restricted to service station use only and to the C-1, Neighborhood Commeresal,-'2one, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be n aeceasary prerequisite to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general weifare-of the Citizens of Anaheim; 1. Construction of sidewalks on Vine St.reet. 2. Installation of driveways. 3, Replacement of damaged and/or hazardous sidewalks and curbs. 4. Psyment of $2,00 per front foot for street lighting purposes on Lin.coln Avenne and Vine Strept. 5. Time limitation of ninety (90) days for the accomplishment of Item Nos. 1, 2, 3, and ;, b. Installation of a six (6) foot masonry wall ~n the west property line of subject propesty to withia twen•~y-five (25) feet of ;he ~'ront property line where said wall shall be reduced to three and one-Iia1f (3~) feet in height.. 7.
