approves VARIANCH N0. 137¢ ~ upon the fo2loxing caadi;iot~s which
are hereby found to be a aec~ssary prerequiaite to the p=oposed uae of the sub,~ect pro-
perty in order to preserve the ~afety and genersl xelfare of the Citizena of Aaaheim:
1. Recordation of deed restrictions limiting the use of subject property to a bank branch
office and an electrunic dAta processing center. ,
2. Installation of a six (6) £oot oiasoiiry wall on the north and east boundaries of
subject pxoperty.
3. Provision of landscaping in accordance with plans p=esented, said landscaping to be
submitted to and appsoved by the Superintendent of Parkway Maintenance.
4. Development substantially in accordance with plans presented.
5. Subject to the reclassification of the subject property to the C-1, Neighborhood
Commercial, Zone.
