recommends to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Petition for Reclassifir~,i~~_~
No. 61-62-33 be approved and, by so doing, that Title 18-Zoniag of the Anr~heir~
Municipal Code be amended to exclude the above described property from the R-A, Resiclen':a~l
Agricultural zone and to incorporate said described property in the R-1, One Family
Residential zone, upon the following conditions which are h~reby found to be a neces-
sary prerequisite to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the
safety and general welfare of the Citizens of Anaheim:
1. Installation of driveways in accor3ance with the appro.ved standaxd plans on file
in the office of the City Bngineer.
2. Recordation of a Record of Survey of subject property.
3. Time limitation of ninety (90) days for the accomplishment of Item Nos. 1 and 2
