NFIEREAS, the Cinr planning Commiesion of the City of Maheim did ceceive a verified Petition fot Vedence
from WILLIAM A. 3IM, 2128 South Loara, Anaheim, California, Owner; R. L. Parrow, 9656 Garden
Grove Boulevard, Garden Grove, California, Agent of certain real property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as described in IDthibit "A" or as
follows: The north half of the west half of the west half of the northeast quarter of the
southrrest quarter of.section 28, in Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho I,as
Bolsas, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as per map recorded
in book 51 page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the county recorder of said
county.

facta:
1. That the petitioner cequests e veriance fmm the Anaheim Munlcipel Code: Section 18.24.030 (1-a and 3)
to permit encroachments iato the required front an~± rear Yarda as indicated on Bxhibit No, 1,

r NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Aneheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
~iPetition fot Variance, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessery prerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subJect pcoperty in order to preserve the sefety end general welfere of the Citizens of the Ciry of
Aneheim.
1. L4velopment substantially in accordance with Bxhibit No. 1 with the exception that
Lots 1 through 4 of Tract No, 4417 shall maintain a twenty-five (25) foot fzont yard set-
back with the corresponding revision of the rear yard setbacks of said lots, in order to
permit said front yard setbacks, in accordance with the revisions indicated on said
Bxhibit No. 1.
2, Recordation of a Pinal Tract Map of subject property.
