L. L4velopment substantially in accordance with Bxhibit No. 1 with the exception that Lots 1 through 4 of Tract No, 4417 shall maintain a twenty-five (25) foot fzont yard set- back with the corresponding revision of the rear yard setbacks of said lots, in order to permit said front yard setbacks, in accordance with the revisions indicated on said Bxhibit No. 1. 2, Recordation of a Pinal Tract Map of subject property.
