Thst the petitioner proposes a:eclassification of the above described pmpetity from the R-A, RBSIDBNTIAL AGRICULTVEtAL, ZONB to the M-1, LIGHT MANUPACTURING, and P-L, PARKING IANDSCAPING, ZONSS. 2. That the proposed ceclassification of subject property is necessary end/or desireble for the orderly and pro- per development of the community. 3. Dedication of 53 feet from the monumented centerline of Dowliag Avenue (20 feet existing). 5. Preparation of street improvement pians and instailation of all improvements for Dowliag Avenue and Anaheim Road, subject to,trie approval of the City Engineer and in accordance with the adopted standard plans on file in the office of the City Sngineer, at the time of developmen,t. 6. ~ayment of $2.00 per frorit foot for street lighting purposes on Dowling Avenue and .
