'_ . _ ~ ~ l ~. . _ ._ . _. . . . , Rf , ,. ~ ~:' , NOW, TIiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Anaheim City Plannin~Commission does hareby recommend y to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that subject Petition for Reclessi8cation be approved and, by so doing, thet Title 18-Zoning of the Anaheim Municipel Code be amended to esclude the above described pmpecty from the ~ 1. Development substantially in accordance with Bxhibit No. 1. 2, Instaliation of landscaping in the P=L, Parking Laadscaping, Zone, plans for said landscaping to be submitted to and subject to the approval of the Scpe=intendent of Rarkway Maintenance, said landscaping to be installed prior to Pinal Building Inspection. 3, Dedication of 53 feet from the monnmented centerline of Dowling Aven~~ (20 feet existing). 4. Preparation of street improvement plans and installation of all improvements for powling Avenue, subject to the approval of the City Hngineer and in accordance with the adopt•ed standard plans on file in the Office of the City Bngineer at the time of development. 5. Payment of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes on Dowling Avenue at the time of development. 6, Provision of a teh (10) foot utility and drainage easement aloug the southerly boandary of subject property to adequately serve the subject property and other proper- ties, at the time of the installation of service facilities. 7.
