Wischnack, 2650 Trojan,Place, Anaheim, California, Owner; John B. Rilroy Company, 1360 South Los Angeles Street, Anaheim, California, Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, $tate of California, County of Orange, described as follows: ~il that certain land'iri ~Ehe~Cit}~"oi Ana= heim, County of Orsnge, State of Calif~rnia, described as follows: The westerly 370,00 feet of the northerly one half of the southerly one half of Lot 15 in Block "$" of the Kraemer TYact, as shown on a map recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and 88 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California.
