WHgRBp$, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did adopt sai~
Resolution No. 148, Series 1961-62, at the Planning Commission meeting held on Nover.:~r
27, 1961, subject to specific conditions; and
WHSRBAS, the City Planning Commission did review said Resolution No. 148, Series
1961-62, at the request of the City Coincil, at the Ylanning Commission meeting held on
December 27, 1961; and
WHHRBAS, the City Planning Commission did consider at said meeting the re-
quirements of Condition No. 8 of said Resolution No.148, Series 1961-62, and does
deem it necessary to amend said condition because it was not the intention of the City
Planning Commission tha'~ a time limitation of one (1) year for the use of subject pro-
perty be imposed upon subject prope:ty;
