WHHRBAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of AYlaheim did adopt said
Resolution No, 73, Series 1961-62 on Septe~hber 6, 1961 subject to specific•conditions;
and
WHEREAS, the City planning Commissior, d3d review said Resolution No. 73,
Series 1961-62 at the request of the City Council at the Planning Commission meeting
held on December 27, 1961; and
WFi~?EtEAS, the City Planning Commission did consider at said meeting the require-
ment of Condition No'. 2 of City Council Resolution No. 7104 relative to height limita-
tions establ:shed in the Disneyla~d Area;
