against said proposed vaiiance and to investigate and make findinga and recommendations
in connection therewith; and

aelf and in its behalf, and after due conaideration of all evidence and reports offered
as said hearing, does find and dete~miae the following facts:
•1. That thE patitioner requests a variance from the Anaheim Nunic,~;.~al Code;
9ection 18. 32.126 to permit the elimination of overhAad garage doors for the multiple fami.ly
de~elopment of subject property.
2. That there are exceptionai or e~raordinary circumstancea or conditions
applicable to the property involved or to the intended use of the property that do not
apply generallp to th^ propertq or class of use in the sade v3cinitq and zone.
3. That the reqaested var:ance is necessary for the preservation and en,~oymeat
of a subataatiul property right possessed by other pro~erty in the same vicinity and
zone, and denied to the property in question. ~
4. That the requeate8 variance will zot be materially detrimeatal to the pubiic
weifare or injurious to the property or improvements ia auch vicinifi~ and zone in k~h9.ch

5. That the requested variance wiil not adversely affect the Comprehensive
