State of California, Ccunty of Orange, City of Anaheim, described as follows: The norther-
ly 140 feet of Lot 2 of Tract No. 3351, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 110, pages 5,
6, and 7 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California

the City of Anaheim on July 24, 1961 at 2:U0 o'clock P.M., notice of said
public hes-ring having beea duly given as required by]aw and in accordance with the provi-
aions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.68, to hear and consider evidence for and
againat said prapoaed variance aad to investigate and mate findinga and recommendations
in connection therewith; and

self and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evideace and reporta offered
as said hearing, does find and detez~~i.~e :he followiag facts:
1, That the petitioner requesta a variance from the Aaaheia Mut~.cipai Code:
9ection 18 52.010 and Section 18.60.010 to permit the establishment of a bank building on
property presently classifiert in the M-1, Light Manufacturiag, and the P-L, Parking Land-
scaping, Zone.
2. That there are exceptional or extraordinary c3.rcumstaacea or conditions
applicable to the property involved or to the intended use of the property that do not
apply geaerally to the propertq or class of uae in the same vicinity and zoae.
3, That the requested variance is ascessary for the preaervation and en,~oyment
of a eubataatial property right possessed by othez property 3n the same viciaity and
zone, and denied to the property in question.
4. That the requested variance vyili not be materially detrimental to the pubiic
welfare or injurious to the property os i.mprovements in auch vicinity and zone in wh9.ch
the property is located. ~
5. That the requeated variance wi7~1 not adverAely affect 4he Compreheas3ve
General Plan.
6. That no one appeared in opposition to subject petitian.
