approves CONDITIONAL USH PBRMIT N0. 141 ~ upon the follo~aing canditioas wh3ch
are hereby found tr~ be a necessary prerequiaite to the proposed use of the sub,~ect pro-
perty in order to preaerve thz safefiq and geaeral arelfarc of the Citizens of lUnaheim:
1, installation of :. six (6) foot masonry wall alorig the easternmost boundary of subject
property.
2, Provision of landscaping in all parkways of Ball Road, Hmpire Street, and Jano Place
abu~ting subject property, plans for said landscaping to be submitted to and subject
to the approval of the Superintendent of Parktvay Aiaintenance.
3, Development substantially in accordance with Hxhibits "A" and "B."
