NQfi, 1HHRHPORH, BE IT RHSOLVBll that the Anaheim City plauning Commission hereby recommends to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Petition for Reclassification No, 61-62-8 be approved and~ by so doing, that Title 18-Zoning of the Anaheim Municipal Code be amended to exclude the above described property from the R-A,Residential Agricultural zone and to incorporate said described property in the C-1, Neighborliood Commercial zone, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a neces- sary prerequisite to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and generai welfare of the Citizens of Anaheim: 1. Development substantially in accordance with Exhibit "A" and "B." 2. Provision of parking area in accordance with Code requirements. 3, Provision of landscaping in those areas shown for landscaping on Hxhibit "A" and "B", plan~ for said Sandscaping to be submitted to and subject to the appx~,oval of the Superintendent of Parkway Maintenance. 4. Preparation of street improvement plans and installation of ali improvements for Vermont Avenue, except for the portion presently improved, in accordance with the approved standard plans on file i.n the Office of the City Bngineer. 5. Payment of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes on Vermont Avenue for the easterly 125 feet only. 6. Time limitation of ninety (90) days for the accomplishment of Item Nas., 3, 4, and 5. 7. Recorda tion of deed restrictions limiting use of subject property to business and pro- fessional offices only. He indicated that the legal description on the orEginal resolution was not considered sufficient by the City Attorney's Office and that the prepared resolution would adequately cover said legal description.
