(~tANT, 1414 Arizona Piace, Anaheim, Cal3fornia, Owners ' ' oF certa3n real propezty situated in~ the City of Anaheii 't No ~ 102, Tract ~o.~ 1 54 t and California, as deacribed in Bxhibiti A or as follows: furthes described as i414 Arizona Place. ; and ; ; P i ~ __~~ WkffitBA3, the City Pianning Commission did ho~d a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on August 7, ?961 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by]aw and in accordaace with the provi- sions of the Anaheim Municipal Code~ Chapter 18.68, to hear aad consider evidence~for and against said proposed variance and to investigate and make findings an6 recommeadations in connection therewith; and ' WfIDRBAS, said Commission, after dr:e inapection, investigation,and studq made by it- self and in its behalf, and after due consideration of ail evidence aad reposts offered as said hearing, does find and deter~ine the followiag facta: _ •1, That the petitioner requests a variance from the Anaheim llunicipal Code: Section 18.24,030 (3) to permit encroachment of three (3) feet into required =ear yard to al~ow construction of an additional bathroom attached to an existing residence. 2. That there are exceptional or extraordinzry circumstancea or conditions applicable to the praperty involved or to the intended uae of the propesty that do not apply generally to the property or class of use in the oame viciaity and zone. 3. That the requested variance is n~ceasazy for the preaervation aad ea3oyment of a aube~aatial property right possessed bq other psoperty in the same vicinity and zone, and denied to the property in question. ' 4. That the requested variance will not be materiallq det~imental to the public welfare or injurious to the property or improvemeata ia such vicinity and zone in whi.ch the property is located. ~ 5. That the requested variance wili not adversely affect the Comprehensive Geaerai Pi~n. 6. That no one appeared in opposition to subject petita.on.
