are herebq found to be a necessary prerequisite to the psoposed uae of the sub,~ect pra-
perty in order to preaerve the safety aad ~enerai weifare of the Citizeas of Anaheim;
1. Development substantially in accordance with Bxhibit "~"

2, provision of a six (6) foot landscaped strip, exclusive of access drives and walks, '
adjacent to the front property line. Said landscaping to be instailed to the satis- *
faction of the 5uperintendent of Parkway Maintenance prior to Pinal Building Inspection. ?
3, Installation of a six ;6) foot masonry wall on the west property line.
4, Preparation of street improvement plans and installation of all improvements for
Brookhurst Street,in accordance with approved standard plans on file in the office of the
City Bngineer.
