Development substantially in accosdance with Hxhibits "I" and "II." 2, Installation of a six (6) foot masonry wall on tihe property boundaries, except where buildings are proposed abutting said boundaries, and except for those areas reserved for ingress and egress. 3, ptovision of a design plan for the park entrance area subject to •the approvai of the Architectural Review Committee. 4, Provision of two trees per trailer space to the satisfaction of the Superin:endent of Parkway Maintenance prior to the F'inal 9t~ilding Inspection. S. Plans for proposed recreationai bu,ilding to be submitted to and subject to the review and approval of the Architectural Review Commiftee. 6.
