approves CONDITIONAL USB PBRMIT N0. 143 ~ upoa the folloxing conditions whi~h
are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of the aub,~ect pro-
pertq in order to preserve the safety and general xelfare of the Citizen~ of Aaaheim:
1. Development substantially in accosdance with Hxhibits "I" and "II."
2, Installation of a six (6) foot masonry wall on tihe property boundaries, except where
buildings are proposed abutting said boundaries, and except for those areas reserved for
ingress and egress.
3, ptovision of a design plan for the park entrance area subject to •the approvai of the
Architectural Review Committee.
4, Provision of two trees per trailer space to the satisfaction of the Superin:endent of
Parkway Maintenance prior to the F'inal 9t~ilding Inspection.
S. Plans for proposed recreationai bu,ilding to be submitted to and subject to the review
and approval of the Architectural Review Commiftee.
6. Provision of the necessary easemerits for drainage and construction of drainage facilities
to the satisfaction of the Cit~/ &~gineer,
?, Preparation of street improvement plans and installation of all improvemc:nts for
Manchester Avenue in accordance w:lth the approved standard plans on file in the office
of the City Hngineer,
8, Payment of $25.00 per trailer space Park and Recreation Fee to be col~ected as part of

9. Provision of utility easements alang exterior boundaries as determined by the Director
of. Public Utili~ties.
10. Time limitation of one hundred eighty (180) days for the accomplishment of Item Nos. 2,
3, 6, 7, 8, and 9.
