Recordation of standard R-3, bfultiple Pafiily Residential, Zone deed restrictions. 3, provision of a six (6) foot masonry wall on the no'rth property line abutting the R-1, One Pamily Residential, Zone, except that said wall shall be reduced to three and one-half (3~) feet in the required fron4 yard of the subject property. 4.
