recommends to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Petition for Reclassification
No. 61~62~9 be approved and, by so doing, that Title 18-Zoning of the Anaheim
Municipai Code be amended to exclude the above described property from the R-1, One Pamily
Residential zone and to incorporate said d2scribed property in the R-3, Multiple Pamily
Residential zone, upon the following conditions which are hereby faund to be a neces-
sary prerequisite to the proposed use of the subject property ia oader to preserve the
safety and general welfare of the Citizens of Anaheim:
1. Development substantially in accordance with Hxhibit Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4.
2. Repair of curbs and damaged and/or hazardous sidewalks in accordance with the approved
standard plans on file in thc office of the City Hngineer.
3. Payment of $25.00 per dwelling unit, Par's and Recreation Fee, to be collected as part
of the Bu3lding Perait:
4. Subject to the approval of Petition for Variance No. 1388.
5. Time limitation of ninety (90) days for the accomplishment of Item No. 2.
