Development substantially in accordance with Hxhibit Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4. 2. Repair of curbs and damaged and/or hazardous sidewalks in accordance with the approved standard plans on file in thc office of the City Hngineer. 3. Payment of $25.00 per dwelling unit, Par's and Recreation Fee, to be collected as part of the Bu3lding Perait: 4. Subject to the approval of Petition for Variance No. 1388. 5.
