'~r;~ , ' l „ ii' ~ j'. . ~ ~O~ . . , R ~ _~ x _) NOW, THBRHFORB, BE IT RESOLVBD that the Anaheim City Planning Commission hereby reeommends to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Petition for Reciassification No, 61-62-13 be approved and, by so doing, that Title 18-Zoning of the Anaheim Municipal Code be amended to exclude the above described property frum the R-A, Residential Agricultural zone and to incorporate said described property in the R-3, Multiple Family Residential zone, upon the following conditians which are hereby found to be a neces- sary prerequisite to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and gener.al welfare of the Citiaens of Anahcim: 1.
