Hxcepting therefrom the North 264 feet. ; and WHBRBAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall ia the City of Anaheim on August 21, 1961 at 2:00 o'cluck P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by]aw and in accordance with the provi- aions of the ~lnaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.68, to hear and consider evidence for and agaiast said proposed variance and to investigate and make findings and recommeadatioas in cannection therewith; and 1Vl~RHAS, said Cq~nmission, after due inapection, investigatio~e,and study made by it- self and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all e~vidence and rep~zts offered as said hearing, does find and determine the following facts: 1. That the petitioner requests a variance from th~e Anaheim k~nicipal Code: 9ection 18.32.060 to permit ~onstruction of two-story units within 150 feet of tlie R-A, Residential Agriculturax, 2one. 2. That there nre exceptional or extraordinary circumslancea or conditioas applicable to the property involved or to the intended use of the property that do aot apply generally to the property or class of,uae in the same vicinity and zone. 3, That the requested variance is neceasary for the preaervation snd eajoy~ent of a eubatantial property right possessed by other property in the same viciatty and zone, and denied to the property in question. • 4. That the requested variance wili not be materir~liq detcimental to the public weifare or injurious to the property or improvementa in euch vicinity and tone in which the property is located, S. That the requested vuriance will not adversely affect the Comprehensive General Plan. 6.
