i9HBREAS, 4he City Plariaing Commission did hold a public hearing at the.City Hall in
the City of Anaheim on September 6, 196I, at 2:00 o~clock P.M., notice of said
public hearing having been duly given as~required by law and ia accordance with the provi-
sions of the Anaheim Municipal Cade, Chapter 18.64; to hear and conaider evidence for and
against said proposed conditional use and to investigate and make £indin~s attd recommen-
dations in connection therewith; and
WHERBAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and s4udy made by it-
self and in its behalf, and after due,consideration of all'evidence and reports offered
at said hearing, does find and c~etermiae the following facta: '
1. That #he proposed usa is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit
is authorizecl by this Code, to wit: A rest home for the aged.
2. That z}ie proposed use will adyersei~ affect the udjoiaing land.uses aad
the grow#h and development of the area in which it is`proposed to be located.
3, That a petition of protest, containing 16 sig~tatures, in additioa to verbal
opposition and one letter of support were recorded 3n respect to sub,ject petition.
