Instailation of a six (6) foot masonry wall atong the northerly and southerly boundaries of subject property, or the posting of a two (2) year bond to insure installation of said wall subject to the approval of the Building and Fire Departments, PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDINa ~NSPECTION. 3• Sutject to approval by the State Board of Education. A. Building to be brought up to City of Pnaheim Code requirements for use as a school to the satisfaction of the Chief Building Inspector and Fire Chief prior to Final Building 1nspection. 5• Dedication of 32 feet from the monumented centerline of Webster Street, (30 feet existing). 6.
