S, 'Fhat the granting of the Conditidnal Use Yermit under the conditions 3nposed, if any, will not be detrimentai to the peace, health, ~afety~ and general xelfare of the citizens of the City of Anaheim. 5. That the maximum height of the proposed buiiding on subJect property shall be 125 feet. The ground level of subject property is 10 feet below the grade of certain pro- perties situated southeasterly of Harbor Boulevard and Midway Drive, therefore the maxdmum elevation of subject hotel will be identical to the maximum elevation of a hotel-motel recently approved southeasterly of the intersect~on of Harbor Boulevard and Midway Drive. 7. That the required 48 parking.spaces are presently located on the miniature golf course property approved under Conditional Use Permit Ne. 96. 8.
