approves COYDITIONAL U~ PERMIT N0. 139 , upon the folloming co8ditions which
are herebq found to be a aecessary pzerequ3site to the proposed use of the aub,~ect pro-
perty in order to preaerve the safety aad generai raelfar~ of t~e C3tizens of Anaheim:
1. Development substantially ih accordance with plaas presented for the immediate
development only, with ~he exception that the bdilditig be set back ten (10) feet in
ordez to provide driveway access thirty (30) feet i~l width, and that any future
develapmeat shall be subject to'the filing,of a petition~outlining said future
expansion~in accordance witYi Code re4uixeinents. ' "
2. Psovision of a thirty (30) foot driveway extending southerly from Broadway to pro-
vide adequate access for emergency vehicles.
3. Installation of a six (6) foot masonry wall on ~he west,s outh, east and sontherly
