A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITIQN FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 183 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the Ciry Planeing Commissioq of the City of Aaaheim did receive e verified Petition for Conditionel
Use Permit from RINSB-AWAY CdRPC~RATION OP AMBRICA, 5905 Pacific Boule•: :rd, Huntington Park,
California, Owner of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of CaYifornia, as described in Bxhibit "A" or as follows: Legal description
marked Bxhibit "A", attached hereto, incorporated in file of subject petition and referred
to herein as though set forth in full ,

WEiEREAS, the City Plenning Commiasion dId hold a public hearing at the Ciry Hell in the City of Aneheim on
January 8, 1962 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given as 'r:aui~ed by
lew end in accordence with the provisions of the Maheim Municipel code, Chepter 15.64, to hear end cunsider evidence
for end a~ainst said pcoposed conditional use and to investigate and make findings end recommendetioas in connectica
thecewiih; end
WHEREAS, seid CommlSaion, efter due inspection, investigetion, end study mede by itself end in its behalf, and
after due consideration of all evidense end ceports offered at aeid he~dag, daes find end determine the following facts:
1. That the proposed use is peoperly one for which a Conditional.Uae Peimit is authorized by this Code, to
wit: cocktail lounge in co~junction with a restaurant on subject property.
2. That the psoposed use will aot adveesely affect the a~joining land uses and the growth end development of
the area in which it is proposed to be located.
3. Thet ffie size and ahape of the site propoaed for the uae is adequeto to allow the full development of the
proposed use in a menner not detrimental to the particuler acea nor to the peace, health, safety, end generel welface
of the Citizens oE the City of Anaheim.

1. Development substantially in accordance with Bxhibit Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4.
2. Subject to the reclassification of subject property from the R-A, Residential Agricultural,
Zone to the C-1, Neighborhood Commercial, Zone as approved und~°s Petition for Reclassi-
fication No. 61-62-6.
3, payment of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purnoses un Harbor Boulevard.
d. Installation of sidewalks and driveways in accordance with iiie adopted standard plans
