SHRIES 1961-62 A REV~LUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. 1438 BE GRANTED WHEREAS, the City P1enning Commission of the City of Aneheim did ceceive a verified Petition for Vadance f:om C. Development substantially in accordance with Hxhibit Nos. 1, 2, and 3. 2. That the on--sale of beer and wine be permitted only in conjunctian with the operation of a bonafide family restaurant.
