PC 1961-1962-196il u ~I~~ , I~ ` ~I ~I i ' ~ '~~ ] .~ ,:~ .. ~. _ i 3~ RESOLUTfON NO. ~ 9~+ GARIES 1961-62 A RESOLUTIOPT OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF AATAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 19~BE DENIED WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commiesion of the City of Anaheim did receive e verified Petition for Conditional i Use Pemiitfrom JOHN S. iti'RIGHT, 1620 South Buclid Avenue, Anaheim, California, Owner of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Califosnia, as described in Bxhibit "A" c~r as follows: Lots 5 and 6 of Block 12 of the Fairview Colony 1Yact, and further described as: 1620 South Huclid Avenue i ; and WHERF.AS, the City Planning Commission did hold s public hearing et the City Hull in the City of Aneheim on January 8, 1962 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having beep duly given as :equiced by law and in eccocdance with the provisians of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18:64, to hear and consider evidence for end against said proposed conditionel use and to investigete and make findings and recommendations in connection thecewith; end WHEREAS, seid Commisslon, efter due inspection, investigation, and study mede by itself end in its behelf, and eher due conside:etion of ell evidence and reports ofEered at said hearing, does find end determine the following fects: 1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditlonal Use Peimit is authorized by this Code, to wit: a trailer park. 2, That the proposed use will adversely affect the adjoin3ng land use and the growth and ::evelopment of the area in which it is proposed to be located, 3. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditibns 3mposed, if any~ wiil be detrimental to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the City of Anaheim. 4, That the development of subject property is more suited for R-1, One Family Residential, development because of the single family residential development in the surrounding area. ' 5. That verbal opposition by one owner of property in subject area, in addition to a petition of protest containing 265 signatures, was recorded against subject petition.
