situated in the Ciiy of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as described in
Hxhibit "A" or as follows: The south 125.00 feet of the north half of the east half of the
southeast quarter of the southeast quatter of Section 11, Towtiship 4 South, Range 11 West,
in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as sho~vn on a map recosded in Book 51, Page 11 of Miscellaneous

WHEREAS, seid Commiasion, efter due lnepecUon, .inveatigation, aad etudy mede by itsel8 and in its behelf,
and ufeer due consideration of all evidence end repo~ta offeced et seid heariag, does find and deYermine tiue follw,~ing fede:
1. Thet the proposed use is ptope:ly one for which a Conditionel Uae Permit is autho~ized by this Code, to wit:
A heliport.
2, That the proposed use wi11 adveasely affect the adjoining land uses and the growth
and development of the area in which it is proposed to be Socated. ~
3. That the size and shape of the site proposed is not adequate to ~allow the full
development of the proposed use in a mannes aot detrimental to the particular area nor to the
peace, b.ealth, ~afety and general welfare of the citizens of the City oi Anaheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit would be detrimental to the peace,
health, safety and general w~elfare of the citizens of the City of Anaheim.
5. That a letter from the City of Buena Park, a letter ~rom a property owner in the
area, and a petition containing 57 signatures were submitted in oppositio;. to subject petition,
