Development substantially in accordance with Hxhibit Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7. 2. Installation of a minimum si:: (6) foot wide landscaped strip abuttin~ the present stzeet property line of su~~ject property and adjacent to the Qroposed parking area, plans for said landscaping t.: he subcaitted to and subject to the approval of the Supzrintenden: of Parkway Maintenance, and said landscaping to be installed prior ico ~ Pinal Building Inspection.. 3.
