and after due cronsideration of all evidence and repotts offered at said hearing, does find and dete~mine the Collowing fe~ts:
1. Thet the proposed uae is properly one for which a C.inditional Uae Permit is authorized by this Codee, to wit:
a billboard,
2. That the~granting of the conditional use permit under the conditions imposed, if
any, will be detrimental to the peace, health, safety znd general we2fare'of the citi:ens of
the City of Anaheim,
3. That the proposed use for the advertisement of a subdivision located outside of the
city limits of the City of Anaheim is in violation of an Anaheim City Council Policy as
established on May 10, 1955. •
