A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
, THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. 1448 BE GRANTED ~

`~ WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Aneheim did receive a verified PeGtion for Varience
from HERMAN G, REICH, 1276 Fulton Street, Anaheim, California, Ov~rner of certain real property
-" situated in the City of Anaheim, County o£ Orange, State of California, as described in
~ Exhibit "A" or as follows: Lot No. 97 of Tract No. 2659, and further described as 1276 Fulton
Street '

PlHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hell in the City of Aneheim
on February 19, 1962 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid pubiic hearing having been duly given as required
by law and in accordence with the p:ovisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18.68,to hear and consider
evidence for and against said proposed varience end to investigete end make findings and recommendations in connec-
tion thecewith; •and
WHEREAS, seid Commisslon, after due inspection, investigation, and study mede by itself and in its behelf,
and aEter due conaideietion of all evidence end repods offeeed es said heering, does find end determine the following
fects:
1. That the peti4ioner cequests a ve:iance from the Aneheim Municipal Code: Section 18 0 24 0 030 (3) to
permit an encroachment of 18~ feet into the required rear yard in order to construct a
room addition to an existing single family residenceo
2. That the:e ere exceptional or extreocdinary circumstances or conditions applicable to the p:operty involved
or to the intended use of the pcope~ty that do not agply genereliy to the proper!y or cless of use in the seme vicinity
aad zone.
3. That the cequested variance is necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of e substantiel property right
possessed by other pcoperty in the same vicinity and zone, end denied to the property in question.
4. That the requested varience will not be matecielly detrimentel to the public welfete or injurious to tl:e prop-
edy or impcovements in such vicinity and zone in which the pmperty is located.
