WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Meheim did receive a vedfied Petition for Conditionel
Use Permitfrom C, E. HURLBY, 2510 West Orange Avenue, Anaheim, California, Owner; Noel F. Hatch,
436 Hast Commonewalth, Fullerton, California, Agent of certain real property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as described in Bxhibit "A'~'or as
follows: Legal description marked Exhibit "A", attached hereto, incorporated in file of sub-

WHEF.EAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City oE Anaheim on
February 19, 1962 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public heedag heving beep duly given as requIred by
lew end i'n eccordence with the provisionn of the Maheim Mvrticlpel Code, Chepter 18.64, to hear and coneider evidence
fot end egalnst said proposed cronditional use and to investigete end meke findings end recommendetions in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, aeid Commission, eEter due inspection, investigetion, end study mede by itself end in its behalf,
and nfter due consideration of ell evidenca end reports offe~ed et seid hearing, doea find end determine the following feds:
1. That the ptoposed use is properly one for which e Conditional Use Permit is euthorized by this Code, to wit:
a children's day nursery schoolo
2. That the proposed use will adversely affect the ad3oining land uses and the growth
and development of the area in which it is propoced to be located.
3. That verbal opposition by one owner of property in sub~ect area was recorded
against subject petition.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Anaheim City Plenning Commission does hereby deny subject
PetiUon for Conditionel Use Permit on the besis of the afocementioned findings.
