A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 207 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission oE the City of Anaheim did receive e veriEied Petition for Conditional
Use Permitfrom VBRNON B, and ESTHER VAN VEGHBL, 305 North West Street, Anaheim, California,
Owners of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, as described in Exhibit "A" or as follows: Lot No. 7 of the Stueckle Subdivi-
sion

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public heering at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
February 19, 1962 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given es required by
law end in ecco~dence with the provisions of the Anaheim tAunicipel code, Chapter 18.64, to hear end consider evidence
for end ageinst said pzoposed conditionel use end to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection
thetewith; end
WHEREAS, seid Commission, aftec due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behelf, and
after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at seid headng, does find end determine the following facts:
I. Thet the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional.Use Permit is euthorized by this Code, to ~
wit: a used car lote ~
2. That the p:oposed use will not advecsely effect the adjoining land uses and the growth end development of
the acee in which itis proposed to be located.
3. Thet the size and shape of the site proposed for the uae is adequate to allow the full develnpment.ofthe
proposed use in e manner not detrimentel to the perticular aree nor to the peace, heelth, sefety, end general welfare s
of the Citizens of the City of Maheim. ~
4.-That~the traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden
upon the streets and highways designed and improved to carry the traffic~in the areao
5. That the granting o£ the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if
any, will not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the
citizens of the City o€ Anaheimo

NOW, THER~~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Plettning Commission does hereby grant subjest
Petitioa for Coeditioaal Use Permit, upon the following condltions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequlsite
to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and generel welfare of the Citizens of the
City of Aneheim: . •
le Development substantially in accordance with Exhibit Noo la
2a Dedication of 40 feet from the monumented centerline of Los Angeles Street (34075
feet existing).
3o Removal of the easternmost driveway approach on South Street and replacement with
• curb, gutter and sidewalk in accordance with the adopted standard plans on file
in the Office of the City Engineero •
4o Time limitation of one hundred eighty (180) days for the accomplishment of Item
Noso 2 and 30 .
