ornia, Cwners of certain real propa ty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,

and eRer due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at seid heazirtg, does fiad and detecmiae the following fads:
1. Thet the proposed uae is properly one for which e Conditionel Uae Permit ie authotlzed by thia Code, to wit:
an office for non-profit, private lodge, fraternal organization.
2. That the proposed use will adversely affect the adjoining land uses and the
growth and development of the area in wh3ch it is proposed to be located,•
3, That the proposed.use is incompatible with the residential development in the
subject area,
4, That verbal opposition was recorded agair.st subject petition.
