FUUCHEH, 3326 West Lincoln Avenue, Anahei;n, California, Owner; propos'ing reclassification of the following described property: All that certain land situated in the State of California, County of Orange, City of Anaheim, described as follows: The East 50 feet of the West,130 feet of the South 243 feet of the North 309 feet of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 14, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in Sook 51, pa,ge il of Miscellaneous ; Maps, records of Orange County, California. ' ; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hoid a public hearing et the City Hell in the City of Meheim on March 19~ 1962 at 2:00 o'clocic P.M. not:ce of seid public hearing heving been duly given es required•by lew end in accordance with the pcovisions uf the A~aheim Municipel Code, Chapter 18.72, to heai and consider evidence for and ageinst said ptcposed reclassificntion and to investigate and meke findings and tecommendatlons in connection therewith; end , WHEREAS, said Commission, after due 3nspection, investigetion, and study made by itself end in its behelf, and after due consideretion of all evidence end reports oEfered et seid heering, doeg Eind and detecmine the followIng facts: ' 1. That the petitioner proposes a reclessification of the above described property from the R-A~ RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL, ZONE to the C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD CONUJ~RCIAL9 ZONE (restricted to business or professional offices)e ~ 2. Thet the proposed reclessiEicetion of suhjec: property is necessery and/or desiceble for the o:derly and pra- per development of the community. 3.
