That the proposed use is propecly one for which a Conditionel .Use Pecmit is authorized by this Code, to wit: Establishment of a Walk-up restaurant. 2. Thet the pcoposed use will not eclvecsely effect the adjoining lend uses and the growth and development of the eree in which it is proposed tu be loceted. 3. Thut the size and shepe of the site proposed for the use is adequate to allow the full development of the pcoposed use in a menner not detrimental to the pecticular erea nor to the peece, health, sefety, end genecal welfere of the C'iti+P~~ of the (:itv nf Anr+ht+im. 4. That the traffic genera.ted by the proposed u•se wi.ll.not impose•an undue burden upon the streets and highways.designed and propoaed to carry the traffic in the area. 5. NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED thet the Aneheim ;,•ity Planaing Commisaion does hereby grent sub9ect Petition for CondiUonel Use Psrmit, upon the following conditioae which ere heieby found to be a neceaeary prerequisite to the proposed use of the subject p:operty in order ta pceserve the sefety end genetal welfere ofthe Citizena ofthe City of Aneheim: ' 1. That a minimum setback of twenty-fiva (25) feet be provided. 2. That Treewell.a at 40 foot intervals and Landecaping be installed in the parkway portion of aubject property plans on said landacaping to be eub- mitted to the Street and Parkway Divieion prior to Final Building Inspection. 3. That eidewalks and driveways on Ball Road and Gilbert Street be in- stalled in accordance with adoptad.ntandsr.d.plans on file in the Office of the City Engineer. 4. Payment of $2.00 per front foot for etreet lighting purpoaes on Ball Roa3 and Gilbert Streat. 5. Provision of trash stora.ge areae sa determined by the Department of Public Works, Sanitation Diviaion, whtch are.adequate in size, accessible to trash-truck pickup, and adequetely encloaed by a solid fence or wall, prior to Fina1 Building Inapection. . 6., Time limitation of one hundred and eighty (180) days for the accom- pliehment of Item Nos. 3 and 4.
