A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE NO. 1464 BE GRANTED
PIHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Maheim did :eceive a verified Petition for Verience

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commiseion did hold a publlc headng et the City Hall in the City of Aneheim
on Ap ri 1 16 , 19 62 , at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notlce oE said public hesring having bten duly given es requlced
by law and in accrordance with the pmvisions of the Aneheim MunicIpal Code, Chapter 18.68,to hear end consider
evidence for end against said proposed varience and to inves~igete and meke Eindings and cecommendations in connec-
tlon therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commiss3nn, efter due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself end in its behalf,
and after due consideretion of ell evidence and cepoRa offered es said hearing, does find and determine the following
facts:
1. Thet the petitioner cequests a va~ience from the Meheim Munin;pal Code:18o24.030 to permit an
encroachment of four (4) feet into the required rear yard in order to construct an
addition to an existing single family residence.
2. That there aee exceptionel or extreordInary circumstences or conditiona epplicable to the property involved
or tc the intended use of the pcoperty that do not epply generally to the property or cless of use in the seme vicinity
and zone.
3. That the requested variance is neceasary for the preservaUon and enjoyment oE a substentiel property right
possessed by other property in the seme vIcinity end zone, and denied to the ptoperty in question.
4. That the :equested variance will not be meterially detdmeptal to the pcblic welfate or Injurious to the prop-
erty or improvements in such vicinity and zone in which the propeety is located.
5. Thet the requested va:iencE will not adveraely cffect the Comprehensive Generel Plen.
6. That no one appeared in opposition to the subject petitiono
