NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R~SOLVED thet the Anaheim City Planning~osnmission does he:eby grant subject
Petition for Variance, upon the follow3ng conditions whicn aie heseby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subJect property in order to pceserve th~~ s4fety and general welfere of the Citizens of the City of
Aneheim.
1. Development substantially in accordance with Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, and 3.
2, Repair of sidewalks and curbs on Lemon Street, in accordance with the adopted stand-
ard plar.s on f ile in the Off ice• of the City Engineer.
3: Provision of trash storage areas as determined by the Department of Public Works,
Sanitation Division, which are adequate in size~ accessible to trash-truck pickup, and
adequately enclosed by a solid fence or wall~ paior to Final Building Inspection.
4. Payment of a Park and Recreation Fos of $25a00 for the new units only, to be
collected as psrt of the Building Permito
5o Time 13mitation of one hundred and eighty (180) days for ~he accomplishment of
Item No. 2.
