WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commiseion of the City of Anaheim did eeceive e verified Petition foe Recla"ssiffca-

for owners of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State

by law end in accordence with the p~ovisions of the Aneheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.72,to hoar end consider evi-
dence for and ageinst said proposed :eclassification end to investigete and make findings end recommeadatione la

WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due i~spection, investigetion, end study mede by itself and in ite behelf,
and after due coasideration of ell evidence anil reports offered at eaid heedng, does find end determine the following
facts:
1. That the petitioner proposes a ceclassiEicatien of the ebove described property from the R-1~ SI~'GLE fiAMILY
RESIDENTIAL, 7ANE to the C-1, NEIGHBORHOOL` COMMERCIAL, ZONE9 iimited to r.::e .. -e of professional

NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED thet the Anaheim City Plenning Commission does heteby recommend
to the City Council of the City oE Aneheim that subject P.etition for Reclassificetion be denied on the besis of the
aforementioned findings.
