Development substantially in accordance wit& Hxhib3.t. Nos. 1 through 7 with the exception i:hat a minimum of seven different elevation plans shall be submitted for Arch- itectural Comsittee consideration and subject to Architectural Cottomittee approval f or de- velopment of subject property, and with the further exception that a variable front yard setback of 15 to 20 feet be established where possible, said alterations sub3ect to the approval of the Architectural Committeee 2. Payment of a Park and Recreation Fee of $25.00 per dwelling unit to be collected as part of the Building Permite 3e Recordation of a Final Map of Tract No. 4551 of subject praperty. 4. Provision of trash storage areas as detex•mined by the Diepartment of Pubiic Works, Sanitation Divisiott, which are adequate in size, accessible to trash-truck pickupy and adequately enclosed by a solid fence or wall, pxior tu Final Huilding Inspection. 5o Sub~ect ot the approval of Petition for Reclassif ication No. 61-62-90. 6e Installation of recreation f acilities on Lot Nos. 23 and 24 to'be dedicated and installed as a recreation area prior to Final Building Inspection.
