WHEREAS, the City Plenning Cammiss?eon did hold a public hearing et the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on
ApTil 30y 1962, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing heving been duly i~iven es required by
lnw ond in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and against said proposed conditional use and to investigate and meke findinga end cecommendetions in connection
thetewith; end
WKEREAS, seid Commission, aEtee due inspection, investigetion, and stud; made by itself and In its 6ehelf, and
after due considecation of all evidence and reports offered,et said hearing, does find and determine the following facta:
1. That the proposed use is peoperly one for which e Conditionel.Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to
wit: establish a childreh`s nurserye
2. Thet the proposed use will not edveesely aEfect the adjoining Iand uses and the growth, end development of
the area in which it is proposed to be locatad.
3. Thet the size and shepe of the site p:oposed for the uae is adequate to allow the full development of the
proposed use in a manner not detdmentel to the perticular eree nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare
of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.
4. Thet the' granting of the Conditionel Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the CiUzens of !he City of Anaheim.

,% NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Aneheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Conditionel Use Permit, upon the following condiUons which ece hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite
~ to the proFosed use of the subject propecty ln ocder to preserve the sefety and general welfare of the Citizens of the
City of Aneheim: ~
1~ D'evelopment ~ubstantially in accordance with Exhibit Noo 1 amendQd by the Planning
Commission, provided that a six (6) foot masonry wall be constructed on the west and south
property lines, and that a masonry wall or chain link fence be ere.cted 33 feet from.the west~~ •
property line northerly approximately 20 feet to the southwesterly corner of subject.structure.
2o Subject to the written approval of the California Department of Public Welfare
prior to Issuance of a Business Licenseo
