WHEREAS, the City Planaing Commission of the City of Maheim did receive e verlfied Petitlon for Vedence from
WALTER HAUP.TMAN and WILLIAM ISAAC, 130 West Katella, Anaheim, California, Owner; JAMES H.
HODGES, 1709 South Brookhurst, Anaheim,~California, Agent of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as rollows; The South 75.00
'feet of the North 265.00 feet of the.East 195.OO.feet of the Northeast quarter of Section 27,
Township 4 Southy Range 10 West, in the Rancho Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California

WHERGAS, aeid Commisaion, efter due iaspection, Inveatlgetlon, and etudy made by itaelf end !n its behelf,
and efter due conaideretion of ell evidence and repods offered ae ae~id heecing, does find end detecmine the following
fects;
1. Thet the petitioner requeata e varience from the Aneheim Municipal Code: SeCtiOn 18.16.010 to permit
the establishment of a motel on sub,ject property, and Section 18.04.030 to permit waiver of
the required parking on sub~ect property.
2. That the petitioner had begun construction on subject property prior to a public
hearir,g on sub3ect petition, and that said act was in direct violation of the rules and regula-
tions of the City of Anaheim.
