Thet the ptoposed use is properly one for which a Conditional LTse Permit is authorized by this Code, to wit: permit the use of subject property for a school and convent without the provision of a masonry wall as required by the code. 2. That the requested waiver will adversely affect the ad~air~ing land uses and the growth and development of.the area.in.which it is propsed to be located. 3.
