RUDOLPH and ASSOCIATES, 2614 West Seventh Street, Los Angeles 54,.~alifurnia, Agent nf certain real property sitUated.in.the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as follows; The West SO feet of the North 216 feet of the east 5 acres of the north half of the northeast quarter of the northeast quar~er of section 18, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, in the city of Anaheim, and in the county of Orange, state of California, as per map recorded in book 51 page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the county recorder of said county. EXCEPT the North 66 feet thereof ; end WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold e publlc hearing at the City Hell in the City of Anaheim on May 14i 1962, et 2:00 dclock P.M., notice of said public headng heving been duly given as required by law end in eccordence with the proviaions of the Meheim Municipel r.ode, Chepter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence for end ageinst said proposed conditional use end to investigate and meke findings end recommendetions in connection therewith; and WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection,.investIgation, end study mede by itself and in its behelf, and after due consideretion of ell evIdence end reports offered et said headng, does find and determine the following Eect~: 1. That the proposed use is pcoperly one for whlch a Conditional ,Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to wit: establish a family billiard center. 2. Thet the proposed use will not adveesely aEfect the edjoining lend uaes end the gmwth end developoent of the area in which it is proposed to be located. 3. Thet the size end shepe of the site proposed for the use is edequete to allow the full development of the proposed use in e menner not detrimental to the particular ecea nor to the peace, health, sefety, and general welfere of the Citizens of the City of Meheim. 4. Thet the granting of the Conditionel Use Perndt under the conditions imposed, if eny, will not be detrimental to the peace, health, sefety, and general welfere ofthe Citizens ofthe City of Aneheim. 5. That trie traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden upon the streets and highways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the area. 6. That no one appeared in opposition to sub~ect petition.
