T.,.4__.__._---___..__,....m._~.,,r~...~.~..r~ ..,.,, _. :.;:. . . . _ t. ~ ~~ .,, ~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Aaaheim City Plenning CommIseion does hereby recommend to tbe City Council of the City of Aneheim thet subJect Petition fot Reclesaificatioa be epproved end, by so dotng, thet Titte 18-2oning of the Aneheim Municipel Code be emended to eaclude the ebove deacribed pmperty from the R=A, Residential Agricultural, Zone and to incorporate said described prope:;y in the R-1, One Family Residential, Zone upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed vse of the sub~ect proper.ty in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the citizens of the City of Anahefm. 1. Subject to annexation to the City of Anaheime 2. Dedication of fifty (50) feet from the monumented centerline of ,Tefferson Street (20 feet ex3sting). 3e Preparation of street improvement plans and installation of all improvements for Jeff erson Street subject to the approval of the City Engineer and in accordance with the adopt- ed standard plans on file in the Off 3ce of ~the City Engineer. 4. Payment of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes on Jefferson Street. 5. Sub~ect to the recordatibn of Final Map of Tract No. 4644.
