A RESOLUTlON OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEiM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0.1475 BE GRANTED ' •
WHEREAS, the City Pianning Commiasion of the City of Maheim did receive a verified Petition for Veriance
from JAMES H. CANFIELD, 2549 Orange Avenue, Anaheim, California, Owner; CROSBY CONSTRUCTION
OOMPANY~ 1110 North Harbor Boulevard~ Santa Ana~ California, Agent of certain real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California as folloius, Lot No. 36 of
Tract 1791, and further descrihed as 2549 Orange Avenue., Anaheim, California
; and
WHEj2EAS, the City Planning Commiasion did hold a pubUc headng at the City Hell in the City of Aneheim
on May 28th9 1962, et 2:00 dclock P.M., notice of said public headng having been duly given es required
by law and in acrnrdence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18.68, to hear and considec
evidence for end egainst seid propoaed vertance end to investIgate and make findings and cecommendations in connec-
tion therewith; end
WHEREAS, seid Commisalon, a$et due inepection, investigatlon, end study made by itseif and in its behalf,
end after due consideration of al! evidence and zeporta offered as eaid headng, does find and determine the following
facts:
1. Thet the petiUoner requests a verience fmm the Aneheim Municipel Code: SectioR 18.34.030 (3) to
construct the addition of a f amily roam.
2. Thet the:e arz enceptionel or extzeordinery circumstences or conditions applicable to the propeety involved
or to the intended uae of the propecty 4hat do not apply gerterally to the propedy or cless of use in the seme vicinity
end zone.
3. That the requested vertence ia neceaeary for the p~eservation and enjoyment of a aubstentiel property right
poaseased by other property in the seme viclnity end zane, end denied to the pmpedy in question.
4. That the requested variance will not be meterielly c:~uimeniel to the public welfere or injurious to the prop-
erty or improvements in such viclnity and zone in which the property is loceted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Aneheim City Planning Commission does hereby grent subject
Petition for Variance, upon the following condl4ions which are hereby found to be e necessery prerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject p~operty in order to preserve the sefety end general welfare of the Citizens of the City of
Aneheim.
